Do you want to become part of a great consultancy team and help our customers to get the most out of their Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)?


That's your job

  • Support our consulting and app customers
  • Recognize and manage customer requirements
  • Help our customers to implement their processes according to best-practice 


What does it take?

  • A completed apprenticeship or a course of study with a focus on information technology
  • A strong technical understanding
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Independent, self-reliant way of working & ability to work in a team
  • Ideally some level of experience with / exposure of the use and administration of Atlassian product
  • Very good knowledge of German (level B2 or higher) and English (level B1 or higher)
