What happens in Vegas… doesn’t stay in Vegas, because this year's Atlassian team 25 was in Anaheim.
Atlassian Team ’25 was more than just another conference. For us at Decadis, it was a vibrant, fast-paced, and truly memorable week packed with product conversations, on-stage moments, creative energy, and most importantly — people.
Let’s take a look back at what made our Team ’25 experience so special.
🧠 Ideas in Motion: Showcasing Smart Fields, JWT & More
This year, we came to Team ’25 with more than just swag and smiles. We brought the latest evolutions of our apps — including Smart Fields for Jira, Jira Workflow Toolbox (JWT), and our suite of workflow-optimizing tools for both Cloud and Data Center. And wow, the interest was great!
We had a steady stream of attendees curious about solving real-world challenges: live data updates, complex conditional workflows, and automations that make Jira feel like a superpower, not a spreadsheet.
We had in-depth conversations with teams of all shapes and sizes — from seasoned Jira Admins to platform owners, enterprise IT leads to curious first-timers. Everyone brought questions, and we were more than ready with answers, demos, and hands-on walkthroughs.

🎤 On Stage: Thought Leadership in Action
One of the highlights of the week was Thorsten Letschert’s presentation on how to build and scale efficient workflows in complex environments.
Titled “High-Performance Teams Need High-Performance Workflows,” the talk addressed one of the biggest challenges teams face today: balancing flexibility and control in Jira. With real-life examples, lessons learned from customer implementations, and practical takeaways, Thorsten’s session struck a chord — and sparked many follow-up chats right at our booth.

This was more than a tech talk. It was a reminder that workflows are not just rules and transitions — they’re enablers of alignment, focus, and flow.
🕺 Style Meets Substance: Our Charity Challenge
If you were anywhere near the Atlassian Team Expo, you probably noticed someone walking around in a very eye-catching suit. That would be our colleague Dave Wünsch, proudly sporting a custom-tailored Decadis-themed outfit adorned with the logos of our partners.
But this wasn’t just for show — it was all part of our charity initiative in support of children with cancer. For every partner who joined in by having their logo on Dave’s suit, we donated to a cause that means a lot to us.

The result? Dozens of conversations, social media buzz, and most importantly — a generous collective donation that brought the community together for something bigger than tech. Thank you to everyone who joined in. You made a difference.
🤝 Real People, Real Stories
While the tech and talks were incredible, what truly made Team ’25 stand out were the conversations. Whether it was a quick chat over coffee, a spontaneous use-case discussion at the booth, or reconnecting with long-time partners and customers — we left every conversation feeling energized.
Events like these remind us why we do what we do. Behind every feature request or product review is a person trying to solve a real problem. And that’s who we build for.
We were thrilled to meet so many Atlassian Champions, Marketplace partners, and new customers from across the globe — and we’re already looking forward to the follow-ups.
🚀 What’s Next?
We may have left Anaheim behind us now, but the momentum is very much alive. We’re already diving into all the insights, feedback, and new ideas we gathered during the event.
And if we didn’t get a chance to chat with you in person — or if you'd like to go deeper into what our apps can do for your team — we’re offering personalized 1:1 follow-up sessions. Whether you want to explore Smart Fields in action, unlock the full potential of JWT, or get tailored guidance on your team’s workflow setup, we’re here for it.

💙 Thank You 💙
To everyone we met, laughed with, demoed for, presented alongside, or shared a drink with — thank you.
Team ’25 reminded us that this ecosystem isn’t just about software. It’s about people helping people build better ways of working.
We’re proud to be part of that journey — and we can’t wait to keep building with you.
Until next time,
Your Decadis Team
